By subscribing to GetJobAlert.net ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making any payment.

1. Service Description

GetJobAlert.net monitors official career pages of selected companies and sends job alert notifications via Telegram when new job postings are detected. The Service is informational in nature and does not guarantee employment.

2. Subscription & Payments

• Subscription fees are charged per company selected, for the plan duration chosen (1 year or 2 years).
• Payment is accepted via PayPal (manual transfer) or Stripe (card). Your account is activated within 24 hours of payment verification by an admin.
• Prices are displayed in the local currency equivalent and are subject to change. Existing subscriptions are not affected by price changes.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once your subscription is activated, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including unused subscription time, dissatisfaction with alert frequency, or cancellation before the subscription period ends. Please review your selection carefully before completing payment.

4. Alert Delivery — No 100% Guarantee

We strive to deliver every alert, but we cannot guarantee 100% delivery of all job postings.

We make every reasonable effort to monitor company career pages and deliver timely notifications. However, due to the following technical factors, some alerts may occasionally be missed:

• Temporary website downtime — Target company's career page may be temporarily unavailable.
• Website structure changes — Companies may update their job listing formats, which may require us to update our monitoring scripts.
• Telegram delivery delays — Telegram servers may experience occasional delays or downtime outside our control.
• Server maintenance — Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance of our servers may briefly interrupt monitoring.
• Network issues — Internet connectivity issues may affect our monitoring frequency.

We continuously work to improve reliability and minimize missed alerts. If you notice persistent issues, please contact our support team via WhatsApp.

5. Account Activation

After submitting your application, an admin will verify your payment and activate your Telegram job alerts within 24 hours. You must have an active Telegram account to receive alerts. Failure to provide a valid Telegram ID may delay activation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to resell, share, or redistribute alert access. Each subscription is for one individual. Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. In the event of a permanent service discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers via email.

8. Limitation of Liability

GetJobAlert.net is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from missed job alerts, employment decisions made based on our alerts, or service interruptions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the service operator's country of registration.

1. Data We Collect

• Name, Email, Phone number — provided when you subscribe
• Country — selected or auto-detected via IP geolocation
• Telegram Chat ID — linked when you message our Telegram bot
• Payment reference — PayPal transaction ID or Stripe session ID (we do not store card details)
• IP address & browser data — collected automatically for security and fraud prevention

2. How We Use Your Data

• To activate and manage your job alert subscription
• To send job alert notifications via Telegram
• To verify payments and prevent fraud
• To contact you about your subscription via WhatsApp or email
• To improve our service based on usage patterns

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Data may be shared only with:

• Payment processors (PayPal, Stripe) — to process transactions
• Telegram — to deliver job alert messages
• Hosting provider — AccuWeb Hosting (server infrastructure)

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and up to 12 months after expiry, for support purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / International)

If you are in the European Union or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Request data portability
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and CSRF protection. However, no online system is 100% secure.
